#015 The Habit of Habits
Most of our lives and choices are the products of our habits, and the habits that we have grown up around. These things that we are accustomed to doing and thinking are the programs that determine how our lives are run. What do you do when you have what Adam calls bad or outdated programming?
In this episode, Adam goes over the process of reprogramming your neural pathways and gaining the ability to consciously choose good powerful habits. He also pulls the curtain back on the inner workings of the “habit voice” and gives tips on how to keep it from disempowering you as you begin to build new habits and pave the new norm in your life.
