Time and again we’ve heard that if you’re creating content and putting it online, you need to develop a habit of consistency, but how do you make that happen when you’ve made a commitment to do it daily? Marc Mawhinney, also known as the coach’s coach, has spent around the last 4 years creating daily emails for his business without fail. For this episode, he details the factors that has helped him keep up with that commitment and keep his audience engaged.
As a coach for coaches, Marc also outlines the three basic steps for entrepreneurs interested in starting their own coaching program while painting a picture of the amount of work that goes into becoming a coach. With the broadness of the coaching business landscape, Adam and Marc also highlight the concept of “niching down,” why entrepreneurs shouldn’t be afraid of this concept, and how far you can go in defining your niche.
