At the beginning of his career, planning was not one of Adam’s strong suits, and although for a time, he was able to grow despite that, eventually, he got to a point where he knew he needed to get better at planning. If you’ve reached that same point that Adam did, in this episode, you will find the three pillars of planning that he’s learned throughout the years.
Planning should be fun. It should be a process that’s exciting and not fear-inducing. This is why you need to start by plotting out the goal you desire deep in your heart and fleshing out the person who reaches that goal. When those two things are clear, you step into that person, lay down your milestones, and divide the goal into clear accomplishable actions.
The most challenging part of planning is follow-through, but when we remain committed to our goals and to the actions we need to complete, we not only gain self-esteem, but we build a powerful habit of self-integrity.
