When you’re on a mission to take on the world and make your life better, it’s important that you have the energy to do just that. Getting the sleep we need to be energized for our mission may sound like a simple concept, but often times, it’s a skill that we actually need to learn.

Tamiko Kelly, entrepreneur and Child Sleep Expert, or often called the “Baby Whisperer”, believes that part of doing what it takes to show up fully in our lives and businesses is getting the rest and sleep that our bodies are wired for. As such, Tamiko has dedicated thousands of hours in her life to figure out a working system that brings sweet sleep back into people’s houses.

While she usually works with babies and parents, in this episode, she shares some tips and tricks with Adam that will help anyone get a good night’s rest – rest that will give us the power to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
